Azure Private Link enables you to access Azure PaaS Service resources such as Azure Relay namespaces and Azure-hosted customer services over a private IP address (private endpoint) that's part of your virtual network IP address space. With this preview release, traffic between your Relay sender client running inside your virtual network and Azure Relay uses the Microsoft backbone network providing network isolation.
