In the coming months, Azure Cosmos DB change feed for the Core (SQL) API will contain full database operations history, including deletes and all update versions. Previously, the change feed contained writes and updates, with only the last version of each document being retained. Adding support for deletes and all updates makes it even easier to utilize the change feed and do real-time data movement or build a materialized view.
