We're excited to announce the public preview of a new service for platform-supported migration of IaaS resources from the classic to the Azure Resource Manager stack. This service allows you to migrate your IaaS virtual machines (VMs) and network resources through a step-by-step-workflow from the classic to the Resource Manager stack. The two scopes that we're offering with this preview are migrating "VMs not in a virtual network" and a "virtual network along with all the VMs." This migration service is now available in all regions where virtual machines are available, and there is no additional cost.
