Azure App Configuration has increased its request limit to 30,000 per hour in the Standard tier (up from 20,000 requests per hour previously). You now have more flexibility when sending requests to App Configuration and avoid having a hard cutoff “lights-out” scenario at the request limit.
To provide feedback to customers that exceed the new 30,000/hour limit, App Configuration may send a Http Status Code 429 response for some of the requests sent until the end of the hour.
