Azure Container Service optimizes the configuration of popular open-source tools and technologies specifically for Azure. It provides an open solution that offers portability for both your containers and your application configuration. Today, Container Service enters general availability.
You select the size and number of hosts and choose your preferred orchestrator, and then Container Service manages the details. Container Service offers you a choice of tools for container orchestration and scale operations. You can choose Docker Swarm and Compose for a native container experience, or Apache Mesos and popular Mesos frameworks to flexibly deploy and manage large production workloads.
