Microsoft Avro Library now includes a code generation tool that enables the conversion of JSON schemas into C# types. It removes the need to re-create C# classes manually when existing JSON schemas that describe the data are already available. This addition to the library further simplifies data interchange across platforms that use the Avro format. The tool is provided in source code, and it is available on the
Microsoft .NET SDK For Hadoop site. The latest version of the Avro Library is available on
NuGet.
