Description
Beginning in November 2014, the terms of the Microsoft Azure Agreement are consolidated into the Microsoft Online Services Agreement (MOSA). This offers a consistent contract for customers who purchase subscriptions to Microsoft Online Services—such as Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics Online, or Windows Intune—directly from a Microsoft website. The updated MOSA also incorporates Microsoft Online Services Terms, providing you with the same commitments to privacy and security (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses) that are offered to Microsoft Enterprise customers. Existing subscriptions will be converted to the MOSA at renewal.
