Point-in-time restore retention for Standard tier extended to 35 days

For Azure SQL Database, we automatically take backups so you can restore from the unintended deletion or modification of data. We're excited to announce that all Standard-tier databases and Standard-tier elastic database pools now have 35 days of retention built in, at no extra charge. This change reflects our goal of providing a consistent user experience across service tiers.
