Public preview: Stream Analytics no-code editor updates in August 2022

Stream Analytics no-code editor was announced for public preview at Microsoft Build 2022. This month, it has been refreshed with several new capabilities including:

1. Support new output sink: Azure SQL Database.
2. Support data enrichment scenario with reference data input sources from Azure SQL Database.
3. Added runtime logs with diagnostic logs for troubleshooting.
4. UI refreshed with new ribbon design to categorize inputs/outputs/operations.
