With OMS portal deprecation for the Azure commercial cloud on January 15, 2019, and for the Azure US Government cloud on March 30, 2019, there is no way to configure and remove existing Application Insights connections from the portal.
To stop application data from reaching your workspace, remove existing connections by using a PowerShell script.
The recommended alternative method to query multiple Azure Monitor Application Insights resources is using cross-resource searches.
