Extract insights from unstructured medical data with Text Analytics for health, now available in preview. The health feature of Text Analytics uses natural language processing techniques to find and label valuable information in unstructured clinical documents such as doctor’s notes, discharge summaries, clinical documents, and electronic health records. Text Analytics also links to medical ontologies and domain-specific coding systems, identifies meaningful connections between concepts mentioned in text, and accounts for negation in medical text.
