and delete initiates auto-recovery from failed create and deletes by performing
retries of those operations on your behalf – ultimately reducing the manual
effort required to detect and clean up unused resources. These errors are rare, but our mechanism is built for customers who are
deploying or deleting large volumes of Scale Sets
or virtual machines.
