• The Microsoft.Build.Sql project SDK brings cross-platform support and improved package references to SQL projects, enabling you to efficiently collaborate during database development and deployment.

• Backup storage redundancy prices are now lowered for both point-in-time restore and long-term restore backups. New lower prices for point-in-time restore backups are effective from November 2024, and lower prices for long-term retention backups are effective from January 2025.
