Azure Intelligent Recommendations service will be
retired on March 31, 2026.
This service is being retired due to
changes in strategy and focus with the onset of the Copilot era. We encourage
you to identify alternative options.
From now to March 31, 2026 existing customers can
continue to use Intelligent Recommendations without disruption. New customer deployments will stop immediately.
On March 31, 2026 – workloads running Intelligent Recommendations, as well as the
Intelligent Recommendations Machine Learning models, will be deleted. Resources
to aid in your off-boarding can be found below.
Required action
- Identify
alternatives or build your own alternative.
- Migrate all
your traffic to your chosen alternative.
- Stop calling
Recommendations endpoint before the shutdown date.
- Delete all
service endpoints, all modeling, and all Intelligent Recommendations
accounts you have in the Azure portal before the shutdown date.
