Microsoft Defender for Cloud now
supports, in public preview, onboarding of individual AKS clusters. Instead of
having a pre-requisite for onboarding an entire subscription, Microsoft
Defender for Cloud now allows for resource level onboarding for AKS clusters.
This provides agentless and sensor-based alerts in AKS dashboard, sensor
onboarding/offboarding, and cluster operator view of security findings within
AKS portal.
