Description

In addition to platform-level logs, Azure Container Apps now adds a dedicated Azure Monitor diagnostic setting category, ContainerAppHTTPLogs, that exposes detailed HTTP access logs for incoming traffic and is designed for high-volume request data. With this capability, customers can now troubleshoot ingress and request-flow issues with much greater precision, making it easier to investigate failed requests, latency, retries, WebSocket disconnects, routing behavior, and backend connectivity problems.

This gives teams a dedicated, scalable traffic logging surface for scenarios where platform-level signals alone were not enough to quickly understand request-level behavior. The result is faster issue resolution, less operational friction, and stronger confidence in running and scaling high-traffic, business-critical applications on Azure Container Apps.
