Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android will allow users to request message recalls within their organization starting in March 2025. This feature provides control to retract sent emails. From the Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android apps, you can request that Outlook to attempt to recall a message sent to a colleague within your organization.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High): We will begin rolling out in early March 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025 (previously late March).
How this will affect your organization:
Users will have the option to request a recall attempt for a sent email. This feature provides an additional layer of control for users who need to retract emails sent in error.\
