Starting June 20, 2025, we will be deprecating the legacy version of Case and Conversation Topics features in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach the end of support on June 20, 2025.

How does this affect me?
After August 31, 2025, this feature will be removed, and users will no longer be able to utilize it in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
