Introduction
We are updating the multi-select toolbar in Outlook Mobile. This change will allow users to customize the order and placement of toolbar actions when selecting multiple emails. Users can now Move to Other, Report Junk, Ignore, Pin, and Snooze multiple messages at once.
When this will happen:
- General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Rollout will begin in mid-December 2025 (previously early December) and is expected to complete by late January 2026.

- Users will be able to customize the multi-select toolbar.
- No admin action is required.
