| Question | Answer |
| Does the change introduce or significantly modify AI/ML or agent capabilities that interact with or provide access to customer data? | Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot introduces contextual grounding and summarization using generative AI across browser tabs, Microsoft 365 documents, and YouTube videos. |
| Does the change provide end users any new way of interacting with generative AI? | Yes. Users can now ask Copilot questions about open browser tabs and documents directly from the Edge sidepane, enabling real-time summarization and contextual responses. |
| Does the change modify Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies or enforcement? | Yes. If DLP or the EdgeEntraCopilotPageContext policy restricts access, Copilot will be suppressed from accessing page content to maintain DLP integrity. |
| Does the change include an admin control, and can it be controlled through Entra ID group membership? | Yes. Admins can manage access to Copilot’s contextual grounding capabilities via DLP settings and Edge policy configurations, which can be scoped using Entra ID group membership. |
