Introduction
Outlook for iOS and iPad will soon add a Workweek calendar view so users can focus on the days they work. This view will help reduce calendar clutter and make it easier to plan schedules on mobile devices.
When this will happen
- General Availability (Worldwide, GCC and GCC High): Rollout will begin in mid-April 2026 and is expected to complete by mid-May 2026.

- Users with Outlook on iOS or iPadOS in Worldwide, GCC, and GCC High tenants
What will happen
- iPad: Users will be able to select Workweek directly from the calendar view picker, alongside Day, Week, and Month views.
- iPhone: Users will be able to select Workweek from the calendar view picker in landscape orientation.
- Workweek configuration: Users will be able to choose which days appear in Workweek by syncing from their default account or by selecting custom days for their device.

- Consider informing helpdesk staff and updating internal user guidance if you document Outlook calendar views.
