Introduction
We are adding Heading 1 (H1) as a selectable heading level in SharePoint Pages web part title areas to support improved semantic structure and accessibility. This update helps authors create pages that follow accessibility best practices and consistent document structure.
When this will happen:
- Targeted Release (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in mid-May 2026 and expect to complete by mid-May 2026.
- General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in late May 2026 and expect to complete by late May 2026.
