What and Why:

We're introducing the ability for Viva Glint Company Admins to replace the default Microsoft confidentiality statement with custom messaging. This update helps organizations align employee survey experiences with internal confidentiality policies, legal requirements, and regional expectations—while maintaining a consistent, trusted experience across Viva Glint.

This feature is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 557982.
