What and Why

We are introducing a flexible query capability in Microsoft Viva Insights Analytics Workbench that enables insights analysts to explore Microsoft 365 Copilot agent adoption using customizable, self-serve queries. Analysts can combine granular agent usage metrics with organizational attributes to understand trends, create tailored reports, and support data‑driven decision making without relying on predefined dashboards.

Rollout schedule

  • General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in late July 2026 and expect to complete by late August 2026
