MC1443517 - Microsoft Teams: External presenters can manage event production controls

What and why

Organizations can now allow trusted external presenters to manage Microsoft Teams event production controls. Federated (B2B) users and guest users can be assigned through the Who has control of production tools setting, enabling them to manage the attendee viewing experience during Teams events.

This feature helps organizations that work with external event producers, agencies, and third-party event management partners by allowing authorized external presenters to perform production tasks without requiring internal staff to manage the event.
