What and why
We're retiring the Inactive user report for Education pooled storage tenants in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Administrators can continue to identify inactive users by using the Advanced report and reviewing the Owner last login date column.
This change simplifies reporting by consolidating inactive user tracking into the Advanced report experience.
