What and why:
The Viva Learning usage report and The Viva Insights personal insights active-user trend chart will be retired from the Microsoft 365 admin center. For Viva Learning, admins can continue to access usage metrics in the Viva Learning app directly.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out on early October 2026 and expect to complete by mid-November 2026.

- The Viva Insights personal insights active-user trend chart will be retired.
- The Viva Learning usage report will be removed from the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Viva Learning analytics will continue through the Viva Learning reporting experience.

- Update documentation referencing retired Viva reports.
- Communicate the reporting location change to reporting administrators.
- Use Viva Learning reporting within Viva Learning going forward.
