We are announcing the ability to streamline Quick Campaigns for confident, one-time bulk email outreach in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach public preview on September 25, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature allows you to use an enhanced Quick Campaign experience that keeps one-time bulk emails, post-meeting follow-ups, event or webinar recaps, policy updates, or announcements to many customers at once in a single, streamlined flow. Sellers can create, personalize, preview, test, and send quick campaigns with fewer steps and clicks, without leaving Dynamics 365 Sales.
The enhanced experience replaces the multistep Quick Campaign wizard with a single creation surface. With this feature, sellers can:
- Create or edit email templates directly within the flow. An improved template picker with views helps them quickly find the right one — their own, one shared with them, or a marketing-approved template.
- Make send-specific edits such as a personalized greeting, dynamic text, or a signature without overwriting shared templates.
- Compose a one-off bulk email from scratch with rich text, attachments, dynamic text, and signatures.
- Validate formatting and personalization before the full campaign is sent through an inline preview and a test send to themselves, or a colleague.
Other Quick Campaign activity types (appointments, phone calls, letter, fax) remain available.
What action do I need to take?
The enhanced Quick Campaign experience is opt-in during public preview. To turn it on, administrators
- Go to the Sales Hub app > App Settings > Sales Administration > Marketing Settings
- Under Manage quick campaign experience, set Enable the new enhanced quick campaign experience (preview) to Yes
- Select Apply
Until it is enabled, sellers continue to see the existing Quick Campaign wizard.
