Summary

Microsoft Stream will soon allow users to view and edit collaborative meeting notes while watching Teams meeting recordings. Collaborative notes enable meeting attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items. Assigned tasks in collaborative meeting notes automatically sync with To Do & Planner. Targeted release will begin rolling out in mid-January 2024, and General Availability will begin rolling out in late March 2024. No action is required at this time.

This feature enables users to view and edit collaborative meeting notes while watching Teams meeting recordings in Stream. Collaborative notes allow meeting attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items. Since Collaborative notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. Assigned tasks in collaborative meeting notes automatically sync with To Do & Planner.

When this will happen:

Targeted release will begin rolling out in mid-January 2024.

General Availability will begin rolling out in late March 2024 (previously February).
