Updated DecemberMarch 15, 2023:2024: We have updated the rollout timeline for GCC, below. Thank you for your patience.

We're developing the ability to view the updated Read Receipt status of recipients from the sent item directly.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 184504

[When this will happen:]

Standard Release:Worldwide: We will begin rolling out early January 2024 and expect to complete by early February 2024.

GCC: We will begin rolling out late March 2024 (previously early February 2024February) and complete by late April 2024 (previously early March 2024.March).

[How this will affect your organization:]

When the feature becomes available to you, you will be able to find entry points to the Track Read Receipts view on messages in your Sent Items folder.

[What you need to do to prepare:]

You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
