Teams mobile will display live meeting status, participant avatars, recording status, and meeting duration. The rollout will begin in late January 2024 and end by mid-May 2024. Users may need to update their training and documentation.

Teams calendar on mobile devices displays the live status of a meeting with avatars of the participants who are in the call, whether the meeting is being recorded and the duration of the meeting.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): We will begin rolling out late January 2024 and expect to complete by mid-May 2024 (previously late April).
