More information

Currently the scheduling form in Microsoft Teams does not show the time zone or work hours of the attendees, which can make it difficult for users to find a common time to schedule a meeting. A new feature will address this issue by allowing meeting organizers to see the time zone for all meeting attendees in the scheduling form of the scheduling assistant.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 123963

When this will happen:

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out early February 2024 and expect to complete by late April 2024.

How this will affect your organization:

With this new Microsoft Teams feature, meeting organizers will be able to see the time zone for all meeting attendees in the scheduling form of the scheduling assistant.

What you need to do to prepare:

There is no action needed to prepare for this change. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
