For customers, who have already installed the app, the data will continue to be refreshed daily until March 30th 2024, but there will be no incremental version releases. After April 1st, 2024, data will no longer be refreshed in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app.
The same data is available in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard (Preview) from Viva Insights at aka.ms/copilotdashboard, to any customer with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription for business or enterprise (Viva Insights license is not required)

We will be retiring the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app on February 26, 2024, and we recommend accessing the same report in the Viva Insights App. You are receiving this message because our reporting indicates that you have admin role for a Microsoft 365 subscription for enterprise or business.
How this will affect your organization:
If you have not yet installed the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app, starting February 26, 2024, the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app will no longer be available to download in AppSource. We recommend that you access the same report from Viva Insights App to view the latest feature updates and insights. If you have installed the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app, here is what you need to know and prepare:
- Microsoft Copilot Dashboard is available in the Viva Insights app. Organizational leaders can access the report in the Viva Insights app for web and Teams. Go to Viva Insights and learn more about managing individual access.
- The data in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app, will continue to be refreshed daily until March 30th, 2024 but there will be no new feature rollouts.
- After April 1st, 2024, data will no longer be refreshed in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Power BI app.
