We are adding more information to the Call history details for forwarded calls in Microsoft Teams.

This message is associated with MC439275 (Updated) Microsoft Teams Detailed Call History Feature Update (October 2022).

[When this will happen:]

Standard Release:Worldwide: We will begin rolling out early March 2024 (previously mid-February 2024February) and expect to complete by mid-April 2024 (previously late February 2024.February).

GCC, GCC High, and DoD: We will begin rolling out early mid-April 2024 (previously early April) and expect to complete by early May 2024 (previously late April 2024.April).

[How this will affect your organization:]

Users will now be able to see if the intended recipient has missed a forwarded call.

[What you need to do to prepare:]

No action is needed to prepare for this change. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
