As part of the broader effort to bring Microsoft 365 apps and service onto the single cloud.microsoft domain, you can now access Viva Goals with a new URL: goals.cloud.microsoft.
When this will happen:
Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-March 2024 and expect to complete by mid-May 2024.
How this will affect your organization:
Use the new URL to access Viva Goals. This change will not affect Viva Goals features.
What you need to do to prepare:
No action will be needed to continue using Viva Goals the same way you do today. Existing links and bookmarks will eventually redirect automatically to goals.cloud.microsoft, with the exception of actions within actionable Microsoft Outlook emails delivered before the domain URL update. Admins may need to allow goals.cloud.microsoft to the domain allowlists they maintain (in addition to goals.microsoft.com).
