Updated March 5, 2024: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

We are aligning the Alerts and Incidents tab experience in the Microsoft Defender XDR services Identity page with other assets pages in the security.microsoft.com portal. Currently, the Device page and other asset pages use a common template for Alert and Incident, which the User page has now adopted.

[When this will happen:]

Standard Release:General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High and DoD): We began rolling out early February 2024 and expect to complete by mid-April 2024 (previously late February 2024.February).

[How this will affect your organization:]

A new Alerts and Incidents tab will replace the existing Alerts tab in the Identity page to enhance the experience for viewing incident details.

[What you need to do to prepare:]

There is no action needed to prepare for this change. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
