In Microsoft Teams, call delegators and delegates will now be able to see shared call history records for the shared line. Shared call history allows call delegators and delegates to track who made or answered calls and review detailed event history.

When this will happen:

Worldwide: We will begin rolling out late April 2024 and expect to complete by end of April 2024.

GCC: We will begin rolling out late April 2024 and expect to complete by end of April 2024.

GCC High and DoD: We will begin rolling out late May 2024 and expect to complete by end of May 2024.

How this will affect your organization:

Calls app history will display shared history records of the delegation line. There is no impact to tenants or admins since there is no policy change required. Users will start seeing shared history records on their delegation line. 

What you need to do to prepare:

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
