Summary

The "WatermarkWithDisplayNameAndIP" value for Teams meeting policy will retire on October 27, 2024. Organizations using it should note that only "WatermarkWithDisplayName" and "JoinWithAudioOnly" will be supported thereafter. No action is required, but admins should update documentation and inform their teams.

We will retire the Microsoft PowerShell command value WatermarkWithDisplayNameAndIP for WatermarkForAnonymousUsers for the Microsoft Teams meeting policy on October 27, 2024. We will continue to support the values WatermarkWithDisplayName (the default value) and JoinWithAudioOnly.
