We are announcing the Create custom summaries for any record type in Customer Service feature for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature allows customer service representatives to generate AI-based summaries of any record types within Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Users can choose the record type and define the specific data fields to be summarized, aiding in quick comprehension of complex or recurring records. This feature will reach general availability on November 14, 2024.
