When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide): We will communicate via Message center when the rollout date is getting closer.have decided not to move forward with this change at this time. 

How this will affect your organization:

Once available, administrators can view and monitor Loop usage in the tenant through the existing Microsoft 365 admin usage dashboards.

What you need to do to prepare:

There is nothing you need to do to prepare. These changes will roll to your tenant automatically.
