Summary

The Microsoft 365 admin center's Copilot page will be updated with an enhanced Overview section and a new Health section. Rollout starts late January 2025 and ends by late March 2025, requiring no license or admin action prior to rollout.

The Copilot page in the Microsoft 365 admin center is the dedicated place for tools, insights, and resources for Microsoft 365 Copilot administration. With this rollout of the Copilot page, we will enhance the Overview section and introduce a new Health section.

A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is not required to use this feature.

When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late January 2025 and expect to complete by late March 2025.

How this will affect your organization:

Global admins, AI admins, User Experience Success Managers and Reports Readers will see these changes in the Copilot page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

The Overview section will include key success metrics and insights such as the active user rate, AI assistance score, Copilot assisted hours, and user sentiment:

The Health section will bring Copilot-specific health insights into a single place, including device update status for Microsoft 365 apps, your distribution of devices with diagnostic data, Copilot-specific message center posts, and known active issues:

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify your admins about this change and update any relevant documentation.
