Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows will provide native Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) controls for connected cameras that support this capability. The feature will initially contain limited support for cameras with mechanical/optical PTZ, with digital PTZ to come incapability, whether the future.camera moves a physical lens or adjusts the image digitally. Controls are available when Teams Rooms can confirm the camera isn't independently framing the room.
