We're upgrading our topic assignment pipeline to be powered by Copilot, delivering significantly improved accuracy in categorizing survey comments into relevant topics. Updated August 18, 2026: Rollout timing of this feature is now planned for end of August through early September. We apologize for any inconvenience.
