Admins can map employee badge credentials (card or NFC) to user identities in Universal Print, enabling users to release secure print jobs at compatible printers with a simple tap—no app, PIN, or sign-in required at the device. This enhances existing badge-based release with a standardized, cloud-based identity mapping model integrated with Microsoft 365.
