Organizations can allow external presenters to manage Teams events by granting them access to production controls. Federated (B2B) and guest users can be specified in the "Who has control of production tools" setting, enabling trusted external presenters to run events and manage what attendees see. This feature supports organizations that work with third-party event producers and vendors.
