RM576859 - Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Optimize Project Operations - Configure maximum daily time entry duration

Microsoft 365 Roadmap

Summary

Project Operations sets a 24-hour limit on daily time entry hours that can be logged (including vacation hours). Administrators can modify this out-of-the-box validation in the Parameters section to meet their organization’s needs. Administrators can set a preferred maximum duration (in minutes) and provide a more realistic limit (for example, 9 hours) for time entry users. This configuration is checked each time a new time entry is created or modified.
