Add phone Cart commands and configurable sales-line details so Store Commerce extensions work consistently across device sizes.
This feature applies to Store Commerce point of sale (POS) and the Commerce headquarters Screen layout designer.
Extensions can register Cart commands by using CartExtensionCommandBase at components.extend.views.CartView.appBarCommands. On phone layouts, commands appear in the existing bottom app bar and its overflow menu in legacy and React-backed Cart content. Commands participate in Cart initialization, updates, selection changes, processing state, reuse, and disposal. Desktop and tablet Cart views are unchanged because wide layouts don't use this app bar.
Commerce administrators can also configure additional sales-line subfields under Receipt > Lines > Additional information in the screen layout designer. The same selection pattern is available for compact and desktop layouts. Selected built-in or extension fields appear beneath each sales line in the configured order, preserving primary grid width. Desktop rendering is supported in classic Knockout, modern Knockout, and React transaction grids. No fields are selected automatically.
The phone Cart app-bar extension point is available by default; it does not require enablement in headquarters. Administrators save the screen layout and run the 1090 (Registers) distribution schedule job to deploy additional-field configuration.
