Organizations can recalculate previously calculated emissions using a new restatement capability in Dynamics 365 Sustainability. Users can create a new calculation result while preserving the original result, helping maintain traceability between the original and restated emissions.
Users can identify the calculation being restated, capture the reason for the restatement, and retain the calculation history. This supports scenarios such as correcting errors, incorporating improved activity data or emission factors, changing methodologies, and reflecting organizational or structural changes.
