Business value
Preboarding gives candidates a clear, consistent way to complete requirements before their first day. HR teams can reduce manual follow-ups, repeated data entry, and delays caused by incomplete information by using a structured process with configured validation and document requirements. A guided experience helps candidates understand what to do next, while HR administrators maintain a repeatable process that supports day-one readiness.
Capability details
Guided candidate steps: Organize personal information, document uploads, right-to-work verification, tax and banking details, background verification, and day-one preparation into a structured flow.
Clear progress and task states: Present configured steps in a unified interface with consistent navigation and progress tracking.
Conditional steps: Adapt the flow based on country, role, or worker type.
Configurable requirements: Let HR administrators define templates, validation rules, document requirements, step dependencies, and gating logic.
Worker-record mapping: Map collected information to worker records.
Program-based assignment: Apply the configured flow to candidates assigned to the program, while administrators retain control over which steps are active.
Enablement
HR administrators enable and configure Preboarding through Feature management and Human resources parameters. They select the active steps and configure requirements and dependencies before assigning candidates to the program.
