Microsoft Teams Events invite emails will be separated based on the role of the participant. Event organizers will get an email explaining the specific roles of participants in the event. Similarly, each presenter will get a separate calendar invite, allowing the organizers of town halls to maintain separate invites for attendees.

When this will happen:
Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out early March 2025August 2026 (previously early July) and expect to complete by late August 2026 (previously mid-March 2025.July).
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late August 2026 (previously mid-March 2025July) and expect to complete by late March 2025.September 2026 (previously late July).
General Availability (GCC, GCC High): We will begin rolling out early April 2025late September 2026 (previously late July) and expect to complete by mid-April 2025.late October 2026 (previously late August).
